Customer Thermometer is a fully flexible customer satisfaction rating system you can embed directly inside the emails you send to customers from Autotask.
Just create the buttons you want in Customer Thermometer, paste the snippet of code it generates into Autotask and you’re good to go.
Integration Features
The Customer Thermometer integration allows you to embed a range of satisfaction rating buttons – from traffic lights to smileys and emoticons – at the foot of your Autotask emails and tickets. You can even create your own buttons. When customers click to rate your support or service, their feedback is instantly registered, meaning even if they don’t fill in any further detail on the landing page, you are still able to track their views on your service.
