Essensus provides customers with IT services such as technical support, consulting and operations related to business critical IT infrastructure. The goal of our integration is to further enhance two very powerful business applications, Fortnox and Autotask. Our integration provides the customer with an efficiency boost as it reduces the risks for human errors at the same time as it lowers the need of manual human interaction. In the end this means less time searching on “what went wrong” in invoicing. Also, using the same integration ourselves, gives us a strong advantage in understanding the customer’s needs. We will therefore make sure to keep the integration up-to-date and developed as the Fortnox and Autotask applications evolve.

· Creates new customers and updates customer information

· Creates articles and prices in Fortnox

· Sends Autotask invoices with customer information, billing codes, ledger accounts to Fortnox all with full support for article numbers

· Updates the payment status in Autotask when a payment is received for an invoice in Fortnox.
