Together with Autotask, Heimdal’s integration offers the ability to automatically generate tickets for 12 different alert types detected by our integrated cybersecurity solution, split into two categories: Heimdal Operations (CPU, memory, disk consumption values above threshold, or next-gen AV, firewall, operating system updates functionality issues) and Heimdal Cyber Alerts (based on Heimdal products detection for ransomware encryption protection, PEDM, antivirus etc.). Each category of tickets can be customized using the configuration panels.
- Authentication using API username and password and Integration Tracking Identifier
- Configuration panels for each ticket category, allowing the users to match several fields from Autotask and use them when generating tickets (Queue, Priority, Ticket category and type, Status, Issue and Sub-issue type, Work type, Source, Due Date)
- Automatic customer synchronization and matching based on customer name
