Our Senior Product Manager Alex D’Aquila gave a glimpse into the product roadmap, exciting new features and workflow integrations including a new, documentation service desk experience with auto-suggested documents from IT Glue. Along with enhanced back-office processes with Autotask Electronic Payments and automatic billing reconciliation with Datto and Kaseya products.
